Myerstown First Aid Unit began as part of the Goodwill Fire Company in the 1940s and eventually became its own entity in 1956. Since then, MFAU has continued to grow in its member count and diversity in apparatus. Today, the unit serves with three ambulances, a water rescue boat, rescue snow sleds, and an eight-wheeled terrain vehicle for search and rescue.
Myerstown First Aid Unit is a basic life support and intermediate advanced life support pre-hospital care and various other emergency services company that is devoted to providing the finest quality patient care through our team of highly skilled professionals. We strive to maintain a high standard of excellence while keeping abreast of the ever-changnig needs of our profession.
