The Myerstown First Aid Unit is a Basic Life Support and Intermediate Advanced Life Support emergency medical services agency located in Myerstown, Pennsylvania that responds to approximately 1,700 calls annually with its three ambulances. We have roughly 8,800 people in our primary response area, which includes Myerstown Borough, Jackson Township, and the surrounding municipalities. During the day, MFAU is staffed by two paid EMTs, and from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. we are completely volunteer.
